What these pages are for
Image2Base64 pages explain how to encode images to Base64 / data URIs and decode them back in the browser. Copy should stay practical, format-specific where it matters, and free of unverifiable claims.
Accuracy
- Tools run client-side with the browser FileReader / canvas APIs. Pages should not imply server upload or cloud processing.
- Format notes (transparency, animation, MIME prefixes) should match real browser behavior.
- .jpg and .jpeg are the same image format; we keep one encode URL (/jpg-to-base64) and redirect the alias.
Updates and corrections
We update pages when a snippet is wrong, a link breaks, or browser behavior changes. Send corrections to jeromell@be-winner.com with the URL and the suggested fix.
